DNA Profiling Of Endangered Species by PCR at the Institute for Environmental Protection and Research

This application note describes how the Laboratory of Genetics at the Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (ISPRA) is using Tecan’s TouchTools PCR Wizard and Freedom EVO® liquid handling workstation to prepare samples from Testudo marginata and Testudo graeca turtles for PCR amplification and genetic analysis.
