As the Business Development Manager, you will manage and drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the designated sales territory, leveraging your scientific background whilst actively cultivating relationships at all levels within accounts. You will be an integral part of the Sales team. It is envisaged that this is a full-time hybrid-working role (minimum of 2 days office based). This role reports to the VP of Global Accounts, who in turn reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

ApplyReporting to the CFO, this is a critical position that will lead on all recruitment and people related matters for Select Science. This is a hands-on role and highly varied role, a department of one. Ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Working in partnership with departmental heads the People & Recruitment Manager will advise on all people related matters. From coordinating recruitment including issuing contracts and offer letters, to learning and talent development to more strategic matters. They will work in close collaboration with the office admin and finance team to ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding employee experience. They will be the first point of contact for all people matters and enquiries, escalating to the CFO, where necessary.
ApplyReporting to the Head of QC, the Content Editor will help drive audience development and help deliver content in a timely fashion and ensure it achieves best practice quality and standards. They will support the sales team and work closely together with our client services department. They will help achieve KPIs, including working to support the ongoing growth of engagement through the new website. They will promote the business and engage with scientists and manufacturers. Monitor published downloadable content and provide a quarterly report on engagement actions and progress, including spotting analytics trends.
