The separation of canabinoids is an important process that's necessary for clinical studies into the effect of isolated cannabinoids on patients suffering from chronic illness and side effects caused by chemotherapy. This application note describes how to separate three cannabinoids: cannabidiol, tetrahydrocannabinol and tetrahydrocannabinolic acid in high purity from the extract of cannabis.
