ACD/Labs, an informatics company that develops and commercializes software in support of R&D, has announced the much-anticipated release of the first commercial browser-based NMR processing software, Spectrus JS.

Announced in March 2021, Spectrus JS brings NMR processing tools users know and love from the desktop to the browser. Users can securely process NMR data from all major NMR instrument vendors across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

"I could not have asked for more than this innovative browser-based NMR processing software with all its accessibility benefits," says Kristóf Cank, a Spectrus JS beta-tester and final year PhD student performing natural product research at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. "Spectrus JS makes structure elucidation comfortable from anywhere with its intuitive, highly customizable, and super easy-to-learn interface."

Spectrus JS introduces distributed processing for NMR data to the ACD/Spectrus product portfolio and expands the platform's cloud capabilities. The Spectrus platform offers data handling solutions for all types of analytical techniques and is paired with established knowledge management and targeted workflow applications.
