Best New Analytical Science Product of 2023

The award for the Best New Analytical Science Product of 2023 goes to the 6495D triple quadrupole LC/MS (LC/TQ) by Agilent Technologies.
The 6495D triple quadrupole LC/MS system is an ultrahigh-performance system built for research and testing labs investigating large batches of samples. Equipped with iFunnel technology, this LC/MS/MS achieves ppq-level detection limits for the most challenging analytes in heavy matrix, while providing high precision at sub-millisecond dwell times.

Analytical Science Webinar of the Year

This year’s Webinar of the Year is awarded to 'The basic physics of spectroscopy: Light-matter interaction for fun and profit' by Andor Technology. Adam Wise, an applications specialist from Andor, examines core concepts essential to understanding common optical spectroscopy methods. He explains how light – an electromagnetic wave – passes through, bounces off, gets absorbed by, and is made by, atoms, molecules and solids.

Analytical Science Editorial Article of the Year

The winning article is ‘New expert service helps to optimize lateral flow assays for success’ and features technology from Merck.
