BioDot will be showcasing its non-contact, quantitative dispensing at the upcoming SLAS show in San Diego. BioDot’s dynamic dispense portfolio ranges from picoliter to microliter drop volumes, with dispense samples that range from liquids (DNA, Antibodies, Buffers, Oils, Detergents), particles/beads, or solids/powders.

In addition to dispensing, BioDot offers other complimentary technologies for cutting/slitting, assembly/lamination to develop or manufacture rapid tests.

For over 22 years, BioDot has positioned its technologies to the diagnostic and life science marketplace. With an understanding of manufacturing and commercialization needs, BioDot’s team likes to get involved early in projects to help minimize any scale up issues. They provide both R&D systems and production systems, allowing the same technologies to be used consistently for scale up. Based on users’ requirements, BioDot will configure the system to meet application specifications, throughput, and budget.

This year at SLAS at BioDot’s booth (1319), they will be doing live demonstrations to highlight their dispense expertise. Benchtop systems will be configured for arraying applications, as well as dispensing on the fly to produce a biosensor sheet. In addition to the live demonstrations, BioDot will have videos running to highlight other dispense technologies, vision inspection, and/or cutting/lamination applications.
