With the BioRobot^® EZ1^® DSP*, QIAGEN offers a fully automated CE-IVD-compliant solution for automated purification of genomic DNA from human whole blood and viral nucleic acids from serum, plasma and CSF. The CE-marked system provides exact performance specifications, assuring highly reliable purification of nucleic acids from 1-6 samples for in vitro diagnostic use.

In combination with the EASYartus PCR Kits* we offer a fully CE-IVD-compliant solution for reliable pathogen detection for routine diagnostics. EASYartus PCR Kits provide fully automated viral nucleic acid purification using the EZ1™ DSP Virus Kit*, combined with pathogen detection using artus^® PCR Kits.* EASYartus PCR Kits are available for use with the LightCycler^® Instrument, the ABI PRISM^® 7000, 7700 and 7900HT SDS, and the Rotor-Gene™ 3000.
