Panlab Harvard Apparatus has introduced the LE5007, a complete Non-Invasive Blood Pressure measurement system for rodents.

The automated process of this system provides an easy and reliable technique to measure and monitor systemic blood pressure and cardiovascular parameters without invasive catheterization.

Ensure the traceability and validation of acquired data with NIBPchart Software. This software allows the user to determine when the animal is stable enough and the pulse signal is strong enough to get a valid reading. It also allows easy visualization of real-time pulse and occlusion pressure signals, and graphically determines systolic and diastolic pressures.

The system allows a sequential measurement of 6 to 12 animals without changing pulse transducers and tail cuffs. Cuffs automatically deflate after systolic pressure is recorded to prevent deterioration of the animal’s tail.
