The workshop will focus on an integrated solution for G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling studies in 1536-well plate format. Promega's cAMP-Glo™ Assay monitors cAMP levels in cells in response to the effect of ligands on GPCRs. Therefore, the assay can be used to screen for agonist or antagonist test compounds. The attendee will learn about the features of the cAMP-Glo™ assay and see representative data. The Labcyte^® Echo® 555 acoustic nanoliter liquid handler, and the Deerac Fluidics™ Equator™ HTS reagent dispenser are also described for drug discovery applications.
