Dionex adds to its nearly 25-year history in process analysis with the introduction of the new INTEGRAL™ on line process analyzer platform.

This new product line offers sampling and sample preparation modules, optional industrial enclosures, and the latest Dionex Reagent-Free™ ion chromatography (RFIC™) or HPLC technologies integrated into an on line IC or HPLC process analysis solution. The INTEGRAL Migration Path™ concept enables on-line IC or HPLC to be applied in the process analytical lab, in the pilot plant, or on the factory floor—wherever and whenever on line IC or HPLC is needed.

INTEGRAL looks to the future with configurations based on the Dionex ICS-3000 IC or ICS-2000 IC systems, or UltiMate® 3000 HPLC systems. Utilizing the advanced capabilities of Dionex chromatography instrumentation, INTEGRAL can be configured to meet the needs of the most demanding chromatography applications. For example, instrument options include single- and dual-channel IC or HPLC systems that can be configured to increase sample throughput or to perform complimentary analyses for increased information, RFIC systems for just-add-water convenience, or UHPLC systems for ultrafast, high resolution HPLC analyses.

Dionex offers unique solutions for migrating process analysis (including PAT) from the process development laboratory to the factory floor. Versatile sample selection and preparation capabilities can be configured with chromatography systems housed in enclosures for any range of environments, whether it’s a lab bench, plant control room, production floor, or hazardous environment. This allows customers to use the same systems and methods throughout process development, removing testing as a variable when scaling up processes. The new Integral systems, combined with the industrial connectivity and control of Chromeleon® PA software, offer customers the confidence of timely and trustworthy data, the advantages of knowledgeable process control, and the value of profitable process quality.
