EMD Millipore Introduces the First Online Original Manufacturer Tracking Tool

EMD Millipore has launched the industry's first online tool for tracking the original manufacturer of nearly 4000 materials for pharmaceutical raw ingredients including excipients, biopharm ingredients, and APIs. The electronic Original Manufacturer Tracking (eOMT) saves users valuable time in research and enables compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to availability of the eOMT tool, the original manufacturer had to be researched manually via a lengthy process.

The eOMT tool fulfills the FDA requirement that the original manufacturer should
be disclosed in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) or separately in another document.
The tool also helps users fulfill EXCiPACT™ guidelines, an industry-driven certification
scheme for excipients.

The eOMT tool is available exclusively for EMD Millipore customers and can be accessed
