These 12 innovative markers combine many valuable features, including easy-to-remember fragment patterns and sizes, convenient ready-to-load buffer, and defined fragment concentrations facilitating DNA quantification. In addition, each marker contains a single intensive band to aid determination of DNA size. The ready-to-load buffer contains 3 tracking dyes to facilitate the optimization of agarose gel run time.
