Flexible – Fast – Reliable: the new sciLine.speed

Manz Automation AG has developed a new automation concept specifically for requirements in the life science market. Fundamental requirements on systems in the life science market are high flexibility and quality. The combination of both has resulted in the innovative concept of the sciLine.speed laboratory platform.

sciLine.speed is characterized by a modular design. Individual components can be specifically selected and integrated according to requirements. The size of the working area, the Liquid Handling System, the number of handling arms and grippers and external components can also be selected.

A further aspect of the concept is its adaptability to the required sequence of work steps and to a varying sample throughput. The system can also be expanded with different deck sizes. A novel feature here is the combination of basic modules to form a complete system, which can be assembled or dismantled on-site by the customer and permits a continuous material flow.

sciLine.speed systems are manufactured to industrial standards, ensuring reliable quality of both the individual components and the complete system. sciLine.speed units can be used without problem in three-shift operation to cope with a high sample throughput. Designing systems for continuous operation multiplies reliability, enabling optimized laboratory and workflow processing with minimal supervision.
