FlowCytomix Announces New Multiplexing Kits for Assessing T Helper Cell Differentiation

Ebioscience introduces state of the art kits for assessing T helper cell differentiation. Major Th1-, Th2-, Th9-, Th17-, Th22-, and T regulatory cell cytokines can now be assessed simultaneously with the Human Th1/Th2/Th9/Th17/Th22 13plex or the Mouse Th1/Th2/Th17/Th22 13plex Kits. Individual analytes, such as IL-17A, IL-18, IL-22, IL-23, are also available as Simplex Kits to allow creation of unique custom combinations for analysis.

FlowCytomix^TM are bead-based immunoassays for the simultaneous detection of up to 20 analytes from only 25 µL of serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants. FlowCytomix^TM products are compatible with most commercially available flow cytometers.
