Fully controlled Rotavapor® System

BUCHI Labortechnik has introduced a fully controlled Rotavapor system. All instruments, Rotavapor, Vacuum Pump, Vacuum Controller and Recirculating Chiller communicate with each other for optimized, environmentally friendly and cost saving distillation.

The system features a short processing time with high solvent recovery which leads to reduced energy consumption and an increased lifetime of the system.

Thanks to a balance between heating, cooling and vacuum, the distillation rate is always optimized when related to the chosen parameters.

All components are designed to reduce the power consumption to a minimum.

• The BUCHI Vacuum Pump reduces the speed as soon as the vacuum is reached
• The BUCHI Recirculating Chiller automatically goes to standby mode after the distillation is done.

The integration of all components involved in the distillation process and the optimized performance and capacity of the devices mean that researchers can reproduce any distillation with just one push of a button.

All parameters are clearly visible at the controller which is placed on top of the Rotavapor. The quick action jack at the Rotavapor can easily be operated by means of a button.

Easy cleaning and refilling of the heating bath is ensured by the cordless power supply.
