Get into a spin with Labnet Centrifuges from Progen

Progen Scientific is pleased to be able to introduce to all our customers, old and new, further additions to our product range with the introduction of a new range of centrifuges from Labnet.

Now available are four new products:

C1301 Spectrafuge mini microcentrifuge

The desirable mini centrifuge can be used fro a variety of applications including quick spin downs, microfiltration and low speed centrifugation. With simple operation up to 6000 rpm which can be activated with a simple lid closure the small footprint makes this model ideal for any laboratory.

Specifications: supplied with 6 x 1.5/2.0ml and 2 x 0.2ml strip tubes. Adaptors available for 0.5ml and 0.4ml or 0.2ml strips. Weight 0.9Kg, dimensions 153 x 153 x 102mm.

Z150 Compact Centrifuge

The compact Z150A has capacity fro 6 x 15ml blood tubes making this an effective but economical choice for small pathology laboratories or surgeries. The Z150A has dual speed operation (3500 rpm or 5800 rpm); lockable lid and can separate platelet poor plasma in just 12 minutes.

Specifications: Compact design 220 x 270 x 180mm, weight 5Kg. Timer 1 - 15 mins. Maximum capacity 6 x 15ml tubes. Adaptors available for all common blood tubes.

C1302 Slide Spinner for micro array slides

This no splash slide spinner with a fixed spin of 4800 rpm is also simple to operate with lid closure. It is supplied with 2 slide drying cassettes to catch all liquid and they are removable. Extra cassettes are available.

C1201 Quick Spin minifuges

Labnets' personal sized mini centrifuge is now available to spin microtubes or PCR strip tubes. The C1201 accommodates 6 x 1.5ml or 2.0ml tubes and microcentrifuge filter units directly. With a very small footprint this model is ideal for personal use. The C1201 is simple to operate with lid close start and stop in seconds.

Specifications: 2 models available; Minifuge for 1.5/2.0ml tubes or Minifuge S for 2 x 2.0ml strip tubes.
