Regulatory compliance specialist GXPi has today unveiled X-forms™, the latest extension to its advanced electronic document management platform (EDM) X-docs™. Joining recently released (GXPi’s Compliance Training product), X-train™ in the X-docs™ trinity, X-forms™ promises to significantly simplify the complicated task of efficiently managing, tracking, and resolving quality issues in the Life Sciences industry. The innovative Product comes complete with functionality to tackle a plethora of diverse quality processes including change control, CAPA & deviation management, audit management and other client driven quality process related configurations.

The X-docs™ platform was developed by GXPi to streamline compliance processes to deliver both ergonomic functionality and long term cost savings. X-forms™ will substantially enhance the system’s capability to do just that across an increased number of business functions, as GXPi Chief Executive Officer, Keith Williams’s confirms: “Compliance is a complex and challenging task for organisations of all sizes in the Life Sciences sector. The more people you have working in a controlled quality environment, the more effort and resource you need to dedicate to ensuring compliance is maintained”.

“No-one has an unlimited budget for compliance, and good technology alongside a ‘risk based approach’ can play a major role in increasing efficiencies and lowering costs. We have taken our well established X-docs™ platform to another level by adding the X-forms™ functionality, and we know our existing clients and new customers are going to be delighted with the huge potential it unlocks.”

Existing X-docs™ users will be able to simply and quickly add X-forms™ to their existing platform, but in a configuration that matched their existing forms based processes. New clients need only to take the additional step of deploying the Microsoft SharePoint-based X-docs™ enterprise platform first, before reaping the benefits. X-forms™ can then be tailored to meet a wide range of specific business processes, not only in the quality related space, with the ability to add further modules as clients grow, all on the same, familiar platform.
