Hamamatsu Photonics introduces the latest development in infrared detector technology with the L13201MA LED.

The LED emits at 4.3µm; the ideal wavelength for measuring CO2 via the scattering/ absorption spectroscopy method.

Offering radiant flux three times greater than any other CO2 LED on the market, this high output is achieved by employing our unique crystal growth and wafer process technology.

With the long life that is synonymous with solid state technology, low power consumption, and high stability, this LED marries perfectly with our new P13243 InAsSb sensor to offer an extremely versatile CO2 detection and measurement solution.
