High-throughput dialysis with D-Tube96™ Dialyzers

D-Tube96™ Dialyzers, 6–8 kDa or 12–14 kDa, provide efficient dialysis of 10- to 250-ìl samples in a convenient 96-tube format.

Large dual membrane windows provide fast, high-recovery dialysis (>97%) for buffer exchange or to remove small molecules, such as urea or detergents. Each kit contains a floating rack with 96 D-Tube Dialyzers, 96 caps, and an adhesive aluminum plate sealer. Tubes can be removed from the modular rack and used individually to dialyze proteins, oligonucleotides, RNA, or DNA.
