Innovative Disposable Reservoir System Minimizes Reagent Waste

24 Jun 2007

By developing an innovative system featuring low-cost, sterile, crystal clear polystyrene reservoirs and rigid, reusable bases with clearly marked graduations, Viaflo has made the first significant advancement in disposable reagent reservoirs in the past 25 years. The patented design even refracts light so graduations below the fluid surface become invisible, further simplifying the filling of the reservoir to a desired volume.

Since volume graduations are permanently marked on the inside of the complimentary base rather than molded into the reservoir body (as in other products on the market), they can clearly be seen and allow for accurate visualization of the amount of fluid being poured into the reservoir, virtually eliminating wasteful overfilling.

Available in 25mL and 100mL sizes, Viaflo disposable reagent reservoirs feature an extra-deep trough that maximizes fluid recovery and minimizes waste. They come in convenient packaging options and nest inside each other, making it possible to fit twice as many reservoirs in half the space of competitive products, reducing inventory space requirements and shipping costs.
