SeqSolve from Integromics is unique Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) functional bioinformatics analysis software designed for the use by scientists. The SeqSolve analysis software, exclusively designed for Next Generation Sequencing, performs tertiary level analyzes for biologically relevant results. It has been designed with a high performance and robust computational core with a simple, but powerful user interface.

Currently, analyzing data generated by NGS experiments requires considerable amounts of time, money and resources. SeqSolve is the first NGS analysis software on the market specifically developed for data interpretation without requiring bioinformatics expertise. SeqSolve also allows transcriptomics labs to step into RNA-seq data analysis, saving time and money and enables complete profiling of RNA-seq data. Results are original, biologically relevant, supported by powerful statistics and based on state-of-the-art scientific literature.

The first version of the SeqSolve solution features a broad RNA-seq analysis portfolio, including differential gene expression measurement and best-in-class, dynamic and interactive scientific visualizations. It also comes with the exclusive Click and GO(R) technology and its intelligent quality control system allows complete, automatic and unique profiling of transcriptome data.

“The release of the first version of SeqSolve is the initial step of our strategic move into the NGS market. We would like to use our expertise in the transcriptomics field by adding novel, high-relevance features, extreme usability, smooth automation, intelligent quality control and high-impact visualizations to all segments of the growing NGS bioinformatics market.” said Dr. Michael J. McManus, CEO, Integromics.

The initial analysis with SeqSolve was published earlier this year in Nature Journal (Kapranov P. et al. Nature, July 29, 2010), and is the same analysis that can now be automatically performed in minutes on a laptop by the commercial version of SeqSolve.
