JULABO Announces New Additions to Their Product Line at analytica 2016

JULABO's temperature professionals and experts will give you an overview of new products and the entire collection of instruments, including heating and cooling circulators, highly dynamic temperature control systems, recirculating coolers, and water baths.

The new units of the CORIOTM CD series with new performance characteristics will be just one highlight of the World of Temperature. Refrigerated/heating circulator models CD-601F, CD-900F, CD-1000F, and CD-1001F offer very high value for the money. With the addition of stepless, automatic adaptation of cooling capacity to the working temperature, they are very energy-efficient. With a working temperature range of -40 to +150 °C and heating capacity of 2 kW, the new CORIOTM CD series is ideal for routine work and standardized tasks. Depending on the unit, the stainless steel bath tanks have a filling volume of 5 to 56 L. Pump capacity of all units is 15 l/min and 0.35 bar. As a result, these new refrigerated circulators have all the power they need to control the temperature of a wide variety of samples and applications.

The new circulators of the CORIO™ series will replace the successful Economy series models and will give users improved performance specifications, expanded functionality, and even greater value for the money. CORIO™ circulators from JULABO simplify daily work and routine tasks in laboratories, such as during basic research or materials testing. The new series includes a variety of models ranging from immersion circulators, open bath circulators, heating circulators as well as powerful refrigerated circulators. An extensive range of accessories, such as inserts, tubes, adapters, and more ensures that CORIO™ units are readily adaptable to individual applications. New highly dynamic temperature control systems: The PRESTO series from JULABO offers outstanding heating and cooling performance for rapid compensation of temperature changes in the application. The new water-cooled PRESTO W50 and W50t deliver very high heating and cooling capacity within a temperature range of -50 to +250 °C. They offer a heating capacity of 6 kW (W50) or 12 kW (W50t) and cooling capacity of 7.5 kW. All PRESTO units (with the exception of the A30) are equipped with adjustable pumps that make it easy to avoid exceeding the maximum liquid pressure in the attached application, such as a glass reactor. This eliminates the need for external pressure control and results in very high process safety.

The PRESTO® from JULABO represents the state-of-the-art for modern laboratories. These instruments cover a working temperature range of -92 to +250 °C with high cooling and heating capacity. Maximum heating capacity can also be adapted to fluctuations in the mains power supply.

Highly efficient components give these instruments the ability to compensate for exothermic and endothermic reactions with extraordinary speed. The PRESTO® units are extremely robust and work reliably even if the ambient temperature climbs as high as +40 °C. Magnetically-coupled pumps in the PRESTO® units are powerful and maintenance-free.

For example, the PRESTO® units use one and the same heat transfer liquid across the entire working temperature range. The filling opening for the liquid is easily accessible on the top side of the unit. Once in operation, the PRESTO® units are whisper quiet and barely audible in a laboratory. Like all JULABO instruments, the PRESTO® have closed side panels without ventilation slits.

With its new DYNEOTM series, JULABO presents a completely new line of powerful instruments. These refrigerated and heating circulators are equipped with powerful components and large, easily readable TFT displays. Using the units is simple and intuitive through the centralized controller on the front side of the unit. The DYNEOTM DD and DS circulators are equipped with modern interfaces, intelligent expansion options, and a heating capacity of 2 kW. They are suitable for both internal and external applications.

With its new PURATM series of water baths, JULABO brings together a modern design with a commitment to cutting-edge technology and innovative features. The primary focus is to make routine tasks easier through straightforward operating procedures and intelligent functions. The integrated drain tap ensures clean and complete emptying of the water bath. The PURATM water baths are available in a variety of sizes with filling volumes up to 30 L and space for up to seven test tube racks.
