The event will see thousands of attendees from across the lab sector descend on the NEC to meet with over 200 of the industry’s leading companies and enjoy the full conference programme, hosted across four free-to-attend theatres.
Many leading brands from the industry have been confirmed to exhibit at Lab innovations 2024, including Waters, Sartorius, Scientific Laboratory Supplies, Veolia Water Technologies, SciMed, Alpha Laboratories Limited, IKA, PerkinElmer, Integra Biosciences, Analytix, and Bronkhorst UK.
Sustainability remains a key focus for the event. Working with partners like GAMBICA, Laboratory News and the Royal Society of Chemistry, Lab Innovations has curated engaging talks paired with interactive experiences set to take place across the two days, with the aim to highlight the best sustainable solutions in science.
'The Sustainable Lab', hosted by Andy Evans from Green Light Laboratories, is one of the biggest installations this year, showcasing sustainable products to visitors and exploring simple changes that can be made to improve the energy efficiency and reduce waste in labs.
This year, the show will feature a brand-new Quality Infrastructure Forum (QI forum) in addition to four free-to-attend programmes from leading industry professionals. The QI forum is hosted in partnership with the UK’s National Quality Infrastructure members including the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, the National Physical Laboratory & the British Standards Institution and is set to provide insights into lab accreditation, quality, technical assessments, and the future of AI in labs.
This year’s show will once again co-locate with Advanced Engineering, which is endorsed by figure heads from leading industry names such as the UK Space Agency, JLR, GKN Global Technology Centre, Composites UK, Innovate UK and the Royal Institution Naval Architects. The collaboration will provide the perfect opportunity for visitors from both industries to network and expand on their ideas and knowledge.
