Less is more. The new interior chamber of the CO₂ incubator requires considerably less cleaning as it presents less surface for contamination.

Absolute sterility is critical in medical laboratories; this is particularly true in tissue culture incubators used for cell cultivation.

The redesigned interior chamber for the CB series facilitates even more precise processing with minimum effort. The previous shelf mounting system, which required time-consuming cleaning, has now been replaced by integrated shelf supports without sharp edges. These form part of the inner chamber, and eliminate the need for unnecessary fittings. This new feature reduces the potential surface for contamination by 27%*, In addition, hot air sterilization at 180 °C ensures maximum sterile conditions.

Simple handling without a shelf mounting system

• Integrated double anti-tilt shelf supports facilitate easy shelf withdrawal.
• The interior chamber is manufactured by deep-drawing, has no seams, and creates large radii; this means it can be easily cleaned and disinfected with spray cleaners and wiping down – without the need to dismantle and reinstall a sliding rack system.
• The patented Permadry™ System provides air humidity of up to 95% RH. The water level can be directly monitored without any additional accessories, and water can be replaced easily. Easy dosage of bactericidal additives.
