MaxCyte is highlighting the use of its proprietary Scalable Electroporation for large-scale transient transfection in a case-study based tutorial and scientific posters. Transfection of primary cells, stem cells and difficult-to-transfect cell lines and their use in cellular screening will be presented as well as innovative approaches for protein production using CHO, HEK and insect cell lines.

Booth - #812
MaxCyte STX experts including MaxCyte scientists and scientific users from current clients will be available to answer questions at various times throughout the conference in Booth #812. The MaxCyte STX system will be on display in our booth, with details about our latest use of transfected cells in functional, cell-based assays including second messenger regulation, calcium flux and automated electrophysiology assays.

Tutorial – Case Studies for the High Throughput Transfection of Functional Targets using the MaxCyte® STX™ Scalable Transfection System. Presentations by: Dr. Oliver Klotzsche, Cell Culture Services & Dr. James Brady, MaxCyte.
