The Metrohm Wine Titrino is a compact titrator with an LCD screen for real-time curve representation. It is intended for universal use as it offers all the important basic methods used in practice.

With the Wine Titrino you have the possibility of storing your titration methods not only in the instrument's internal memory, but also on a memory card, which makes them transportable to other laboratories and wineries.

The Application file contains 25 methods taking into account the international regulations for the analysis of wines and musts from the EU, Australia and New Zealand, Israel, Switzerland, South Africa, South America and the US.

The application file contains clearly-laid-out and detailed method descriptions, with parameters and titration curve examples as well as examples about the determination of:

  • pH value
  • Total titratable acidity
  • Free sulfurous acid
  • Total sulfurous acid
