Micronic, one of the leaders in innovative sample storage and automation solutions, has launched the Micronic Tube Handler HT700. The HT700 is a brisk and an advanced answer for otherwise monotonous and mistake inclined manual arraying of sample tubes. Reconfigure or single out sample tubes in 96-well format Micronic racks (ANSI/SLAS standard) for downstream processes at room temperature.

The user-friendly software interface allows setting quarantine conditions and run parameters that meet end users’ specific requirements. Likewise, it can be configured to use worklist files from USB thumb drive courtesy of its intuitive design.

Integrated 1D barcode and 2D code reader double checks whether the sample tubes are selected correctly during the arraying process and provides traceability for information transfer to database and LIMS systems. This integrated dual check is a unique technique in the market, only available with the Micronic HT700.

The Micronic Tube Handler HT700 can handle capped and uncapped Micronic tubes from 0.30ml to 1.40ml. What makes it stand out is its large capacity of 24 racks plus 1-3 target racks and the unique closed system guarantying the safety of the user. In combination with the speed of 800 tubes per hour this data-driven device efficiently automates tasks in the lab.
