The RX suzuka is the latest addition to the RX series of clinical chemistry analyzers from Randox. As the largest of the RX series the RX suzuka is capable of carrying out up to 800 photometric tests per hour or 1200 tests per hour including ISEs, providing laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity.

The RX suzuka is a fully automated, discrete random access clinical analyzer. It is designed to be straightforward and easy to use creating a cost effective and reliable solution for high throughput laboratories. 10 STAT positions for urgent samples are available and can be accessed quickly and easily at any time delivering accurate, reliable and rapid results. Up to 44 tests and 3 ISEs can be performed at the same time enabling real instrument consolidation and maximum throughput.

The RX suzuka boasts a comprehensive and flexible test menu allowing the consolidation of a wide range of routine and esoteric tests including routine chemistries, specific proteins, therapeutic drugs and drugs of abuse on one easy to use platform. At present there are approximately 130 different assays and methods available with many more in development. All reagents have been fully validated for use on the RX suzuka, our stringent validation process not only guarantees optimum performance with the RX suzuka but also ensures accurate results first time reducing the need for costly repeat tests.

With the RX suzuka you can meet the demands of an increased workload in a convenient and cost efficient way. The versatile sample carousel supports various size sample cups including primary tubes while the reaction system uses reusable plastic cuvettes dramatically reducing the cost of consumables. The analyzer also has low water requirements of less than 30L per hour.
Unique system reliability results in greater accuracy and efficiency. The intelligent clot and bubble detection system ensures accurate pipetting and therefore reliable and precise results. The serum checking function alerts users to hemolytic, lipaemic and icteric samples.
Economic reagent handling enables unparalleled productivity. High precision micro-sampling allows for a minimum sample volume of just 2µl making the RX suzuka suitable for pediatric testing. A minimum reaction volume of just 120µl reduces costs by enabling more tests per kit.

The simple user-friendly interface is based on Microsoft windows making the system easy to use resulting in minimal training and enhanced productivity. The real-time online help function promotes staff flexibility and reduces down time. Another convenient feature is the built in inventory management system which automatically calculates remaining reagent volumes and the number of tests available alerting the user to any reagent shortages.

Like the other analyzers in the RX series the sophisticated built in QC software automatically generates Levy-Jennings charts and QC statistics allowing any trends to be identified as soon as they arise. Users can apply their own user defined multi-rules to display warning or error messages allowing the identification of any trends or bias quickly and easily. In addition to this our comprehensive and flexible test menu allows the consolidation of a wide range of routine and esoteric tests including routine chemistries, specific proteins, therapeutic drugs and drugs of abuse on one easy to use platform.
