New High Speed Fluorescence Spectrophotometer From Lambda Advanced Technology
9 Nov 2010The Hitachi F-2700 fluorescence spectrophotometer is now available from Lambda Advanced Technology. This spectrophotometer is ideal for a wide range of applications from teaching to biotech and material research due its enormous sensitivity, wide dynamic range and an extensive range of accessories.
The F-2700 is available as a stand-alone unit using the large built-in keyboard and LCD screen, making it ideal for teaching and routine measurements. However by adding PC control using Hitachi’s proven FL Solutions control software, the scan speed is as high as 12,000nm/min, making it ideal for 3D scanning, extending the capabilities to biotech research and quantum yield applications.
Scan speeds of up to 3000 nm/min, resolution of 2.5 nm and comprehensive data processing functions for photometry, wavelength scanning and time scanning, makes the F-2700 ideally suited to a host of applications. The F-2700 also features an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (800 S/N RMS, Raman band of water at 5 nm bandwidth). The wide dynamic range allows determination of concentration over 6 orders of magnitude with a calibration curve.
A wide array of accessories is available, including automatic sampling, quantum yield measurement unit, full-range spectral correction kit, and 100μL micro cell.
