Protea is excited to introduce new imaging grade ultrapure super DHB MALDI Matrix. Ultrapure SDHB is highly purified to deliver outstanding results in both MS and MSI experiments, and provides excellent resolution, enhanced sensitivity, and the high S/N ratios you expect in your mass spec data.

Ultrapure Super DHB is a mixture of 2, 5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB) and 2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid. Super DHB is a highly purified, recrystallized matrix for matrix assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry. Because this high quality matrix has been recrystallized, the improved purity enhances MALDI-MS signals. Ultrapure SDHB is ideal for both MS and MSI experiments where optimum purity is required.
