New Multi-Equilibrium Dialyzer Now with Temperature Control

Perform fast and reproducible ligand binding experiments with the Harvard Apparatus Multi-Equilibrium Dialyzer. The NEW Multi-Equilibrium Dialyzer now has the ability to set temperature to protect the biological activity of heat sensitive compounds or accelerate the analysis time.

This system can be used for: studying ligand binding using the method most comparable to in vivo conditions; studying low affinity interactions, which may be undetectable using other methods.

The Multi-Equilibrium Dialyzer is constructed of Teflon dialysis cells for extremely low non-specific binding. In addition, cells are available with increased membrane surface areas allowing for rapid dialysis times.

The researcher can perform 1 to 20, highly reproducible, assays simultaneously. Cell volumes between 0.25 to 5.0 ml. New temperature chambers allows for heating or cooling the sample cells.

This instrument is easy to use, leak-proof and produces fast, reproducible results. It is ideal for ligand binding studies including serum protein binding, protein-drug binding, protein-protein binding and protein-DNA binding assays.
