New ProSieve™ EX buffer system

Lonza have announced the addition of ProSieve™ EX buffer system for protein separation and transfer to their protein electrophoresis product line. The Laemmli gel system, based on tris-glycine-SDS buffer is the recognized standard for analyzing proteins by PAGE. For over 40 years, efforts to improve the time and efficiency of this method have been limited until now. Lonza’s new ProSieve™ EX buffer system yields faster protein migration, improved resolution and decreased blotting transfer time.

New ProSieve™ EX running and transfer buffers are modified buffer formulations that perform just like tris-glycine, but accelerate run and transfer time. Complete separation and transfer in less than 30 minutes with ProSieve™ EX buffer system.
