Now available from Presearch the X-Vials and Champagne Vials providing an economical and robust solution, also available with the choice of crimp cap, snap cap and screw cap configurations.

Champagne Vials are the ideal answer when small volumes are to be injected. Costing less than the price of an insert alone, these Vials can hold up to 1.5ml of sample and yet have a residual volume of just a few microlitres. These vials are compatible with virtually all autosamplers and are extremely easy to use.

As well as being economical the X-Vials provide a technical advantage. Featuring a permanently fixed insert inside a normal (2ml) vial, fused both top and bottom for robustness, thus eliminating possible evaporation and needle breakage.
