NucleoSpin^® Tissue XS: Highly sensitive DNA isolation from smallest samples

NucleoSpin Tissue XS, the latest genomic DNA-isolation kit from MACHEREY-NAGEL allows the isolation of concentrated DNA from extremely small samples such as laser-microdissections, FFPE sections, small numbers of cells or forensic traces.

Based on the trusted MN silica technology, this kit features an innovative column design and a micro membrane of highest sensitivity. The purified DNA can be eluted in only 5 µl – allowing excellent recovery rates and high DNA concentrations.

The resulting DNA is of highest purity and ready-to-use for suitable downstream applications like real time – PCR or multiplex PCR.
