PEQLAB launches the Precellys DUAL Homogeniser

New from PEQLAB, the UK supplier for molecular and cell biology, the Precellys 24 DUAL Homogeniser is a high powered benchtop homogeniser capable of accommodating 2ml and now larger 7ml tubes for extra large sample preparation.

With the capacity for up to 12 x 2ml tube samples or 6 x 7ml tubes, the ‘Dual’ model offers greater versatility than ever before. The 7ml tubes can accommodate up to 5 ml or 5 g of sample suitable making it especially relevant for work with plant material, large tissue samples or organs or up to 5 ml yeast or cell culture samples. Samples can be homogenised ready for downstream use in metabolite processing or RNA or DNA nucleic acid purification.

The DUAL is an extension of the homogenisation and sample preparation range from Peqlab that includes the Precellys 24, Precellys nucleic acid purification kits and sample grinding tubes.
