RP Columns for BioLC: YMC-Triart & YMC-Triart Bio by YMC Europe
Reviewer: Alberto Abarquero Zorrilla, Ardena
Application area: Analysis of API and solid dispersion
"We tried several different columns until we found YMC-Triart. Great resolution, reproducibility and it is able to run a large number of analyses. We love it!!"
Spark® Multimode Microplate Reader by Tecan
Reviewer: Emma King-Lund, ProbioFerm
Application area: Fluorometric DNA Concentration, bacterial enumeration, metabolic assay
"We had originally hoped to use this for bacterial enumerations but our cells were too small to work well for this application. Instead, we've used it for metabolite assays and for Quant-It dsDNA quantification. The software is easy to use and it's easy to create new methods as needed. I love being able to use plates for DNA quantification rather than individual tubes in a fluorometer. Overall, the instrument works great. It's just unfortunate that we can't use it for cell counting."
NovoCyte Flow Cytometer by Agilent Technologies
Reviewer: Lei Zhang, CytoImmune Therapeutics
Application area: Immunoassays
"As an R&D scientist in the cell therapy field, I need to perform vast amounts of immunoassays. The NovoCyte Benchtop Flow Cytometer from Agilent Technologies is a lifesaver with high-throughput and reliable reproducibility! In addition to the very user-friendly equipment application, I am always impressed by their Craftsman’s SPIRIT and pre/post services!
