Deerac Fluidics Equator HTS/2 system is the next generation of the highly successful Equator™ series of liquid handling systems for rapid assembly of low volume assays.

The system is designed to dispense in the volume range of 50nL to 50µL in a non contact mode, without system liquids and air gaps. The Equator HTS/2 doubles the throughput of the standard Equator HTS system. Designed for use in automated systems, the Equator HTS/2 has two (2) automated plate positions. Both plate positions in the HTS/2 are accessible to robotic arms, enabling unattended operation for maximum throughput. The two plate positions can be used as source and destination plate positions, or as dual destination plates using a separate on-deck reagent reservoir. The Equator HTS/2 is suitable for high throughput preparation for a wide range of liquid handling applications including PCR and Sequencing preparation, serial dilution, protein dispensing, cell and bead dispensing, rapid reagent addition, etc. In field testing, the HTS/2 has been used to set up 1,000 384-well plates/day.

Deerac Fluidics four reagent Latitude dispenser provides the capability to dispense up to four different reagents for high speed, low-volume applications, such as HTS. It is designed to dispense volumes down to 0.05µl. It provides a robot friendly plate position which can handle standard plate formats, from 96-1536. An easy to use touch screen display permits rapid method development and execution. Methods can be easily programmed within seconds. The Latitude can be used as either a stand-alone reagent dispenser or integrated into a fully automated robotic system.
