Register now for Lab Innovations 2024

Registration for Lab Innovations 2024 is now open. The UK’s largest annual exhibition for the lab industry will take place at the NEC, Birmingham, on October 30 and 31. In addition to networking with industry-leading professionals, visitors will also be able to attend engaging talks and visit exhibitors showcasing innovation and championing sustainability.

Lab Innovations had a record attendance in 2023 with 4,362 visitors across two days, including individuals from key names in the lab industry such as UKRI, Unilever and AstraZeneca. This year, the number of attendees is set to grow with the show hosting brand-new forums along with popular activities from previous years.

There will be over 200 exhibitors including Waters, Sartorius, Veolia Water Technologies, SciMed, Alpha Laboratories Limited, Scientific Laboratory Supplies, IKA, Analytix, Bronkhorst UK and Integra Biosciences.

This year, the show will hold its brand-new Quality Infrastructure Forum (QI Forum). Hosted by some of the biggest names in laboratory accreditation including the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, the National Physical Laboratory and the British Standards Institution, the forum provides delegates with the opportunity to expand on their knowledge of lab accreditations, technical assessments, quality and how AI will be used in future lab work.

Free-to-attend lectures will return to the agenda, spread across four conference theatres, and interactive discussions in the Live Lab and Ask the Experts zone will explore exhibitor’s innovations and how they can support the work of Lab Innovation’s visitors.

Sustainability remains a core topic of the event. The Sustainable Lab hosted by Andy Evans from Green Light Laboratories champions sustainability once again, highlighting simple ways the lab industry can have a sustainable future in one of the shows biggest installations. Other key topics will include automation, data & AI; cost management; accreditation; regulation and legislation, and technical product advice.
