The ANALYSETTE 28 ImageTec is the ideal Particle Sizer for easy wet measurement, with strong pumping power for particles up to 2.8 mm in suspensions and emulsions. It is easy to use, for fast and directly accessible results and due to the Dynamic Image Analysis of particle shape and size, agglomerates and other disturbances are recognized even in the smallest amounts and can be viewed as single images and sorted out after the measurement. For absolutely reliable quality control in three steps: Add sample, start dispersion and measurement, view evaluation.

Optimal wet dispersion

For perfect dispersion the sample material is feed into a closed liquid circulation system and is pumped with high power through the measuring cell between camera and LED strobe light. The continuously obtained images are the basis for the analysis with a variety of evaluation possibilities. An integrated ultrasonic emitter and adjustable dispersion conditions ensure fast and extremely efficient degradation of agglomerates – precisely adapted to each sample. Due to the integrated water connection, the wet dispersion unit can be automatically cleaned and refilled with new liquid after each measurement and is very quickly ready to be used again.

Unique lens revolver

The lens revolver of the ANALYSETTE 28 ImageTec is equipped as standard with an apochromatic high-performance lens for the measuring range 35 μm – 2800 μm. Depending on the application, you can alternatively or additionally choose between four further lenses. The unique lens revolver of the ANALYSETTE 28 ImageTec can be equipped with up to 5 lenses simultaneously and ensures that the optimal lens for the desired measuring range can be selected via the software and saved in the SOP. All lenses can be retrofitted at any time and can be easily screwed onto the lens revolver. In addition, measurements can be conducted one after the other with different lenses and displayed together in an overall result.
