Synthesis of custom DNA-peptide conjugates
2 May 2007Activotec has announced a new synthesis service for custom DNA-peptide conjugates using the native chemical ligation approach involving linking a cysteine in one moiety (either peptide or DNA), to an activated thioester terminus in the other. Customers can provide their own DNA or peptide for conjugation or Activotec can synthesise the DNA and peptide to be conjugated.
