Sysmex Looks Back on Highly Successful Euromedlab in Paris
24 Jun 2015The Sysmex Corporation, the global leader in hematology, can look back on an extremely successful EuroMedLab 2015. Introducing its new series of analyzers, the XN-L series, proved a resounding success with vast interest at its often overly full booth. Its strategy to make Sysmex quality hematology available for all was clearly well received.
The fact that Sysmex now has expertise in far more than hematology was clearly evidenced by the range of solutions on its booth. With products ranging from essential healthcare (for HIV/AIDS monitoring, TB and malaria), through point of care, urinalysis and hemostasis, the company is clearly making true on its mission to shape the advancement of healthcare. As at last year’s IFCC in Istanbul, GLP systems’ game-changing intelligent lab automation solutions, for which the company has exclusive distribution rights, were yet again an eye-catching favorite. A fun part of the booth allowed customers to have their photo taken in a Beuchet Chair, illustrating the company’s theme of the event: Changing Perspectives.
Rikke Rytter, Director of Integrated Marketing at Sysmex Europe: “We were truly delighted with the reception we received at what is the year’s top IVD trade fair. We knew that making XN technology available was a wish of many of our customers, but we did not envision such a resounding response. It was also great to see that we are making a name for ourselves in our other areas of expertise, as the booth staff representing those products were equally busy as our hematology experts. We’re really excited with our progress, especially thanks to our recent acquisitions of Sysmex Partec, Sysmex Inostics and our distribution rights for GLP. We hope to serve many more customers by delivering solutions that integrate our expertise and allow us to focus on our mission of shaping the advancement of healthcare – ultimately always with the patient in mind. We consider it our job to change perspectives in healthcare for the better, and after this week’s event feel that we are well on our way.”
