Tissue dissociation
The Neural Tissue Dissociation Kits have been developed for the gentle but efficient generation of single-cell suspensions from neural tissues, and can be used in combination with the gentleMACS™ Dissociator. Cell separation
MACS® Technology provides powerful tools for the rapid isolation of virtually any neural cell population with excellent purities and recoveries. Products for the isolation of human, mouse, rat cells are available. From neural stem and progenitor cell populations to differentiated neural cells or neuroinflammatory cells, the isolation of virtually any cell type from any species is possible using direct or indirect labeling strategies.
Cell analysis
For the phenotypic characterization of isolated cells, a wide range of unique and standard monoclonal antibodies for the analysis of cells by flow cytometry or microscopy is available.
Molecular analysis
