Micronic has launched a complete line of automation friendly screw cap carriers. The cap carriers are fully compatible with the automated screw cap capping and decapping equipment offered by Micronic. Based on the Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (ANSI/SLAS) standards, the screw cap carriers accommodate 96-, 48-, and 24-well format screw caps.

The disposable screw cap carriers are designed to work with both internally and externally threaded tubes of all Micronic screw caps. They are a convenient solution for decapping and recapping sample storage tubes, allowing users to remove and store the screw caps while examining the samples. A CS700 Automated screw cap recapper can be used to quickly recap the sample storage tubes. To use the recapper, place the cap carrier with screw caps into the machine, load the screw caps, and place the tube rack into the recapper to receive a fully capped rack.

Micronic produces labware in-house, in a certified clean room environment adhering to the NEN-EN-ISO 14644-1 Class 7 standards. Their labware manufacturing processes are carried out with the highest level of hygiene, ensuring that all their products are free of any detectable RNase or DNase contamination. Moreover, the labware's endotoxin level is limited to a minimum of <0.01 EU/ml to ensure optimal safety.
