Eppendorf AG launches new range of molecular biology instruments. The new Mastercycler nexus X2 is ideal for researchers looking to carry out two runs of PCR simultaneously, without any compromise on the number of samples. The instrument comprises of two asymmetric blocks, consisting of 64 and 32 wells, which can be programmed and run completely independently, enabling two separate PCR protocols to be run in parallel.

Eppendorf has introduced a new series of Eppendorf Serological Pipets for cell culture applications. With clear material and sharp graduation for easy read-out, the new Eppendorf Serological Pipets work in complete harmony with our pipette controller the Eppendorf Easypet® 3. As both the pipettes and the Easypet® 3 are designed to work together, there is no risk of dripping or compromise in performance, allowing researchers to carry out their liquid handling with complete confidence.

This month, Eppendorf has introduced its latest electronic microinjectors, the FemtoJet® 4i and FemtoJet® 4x. The new systems are perfectly suited for all research laboratories wishing to inject small to intermediate volumes, from femtoliters to microliters, precisely and reproducibly. With simple operation and a wide range of functionalities, the FemtoJet 4i and FemtoJet 4x make otherwise intensive processes convenient and easy to undertake, with limited amount of input and training.
