Don Whitley Scientific launched the brand new Whitley A45 Anaerobic Workstation at the IBMS Congress last week, allowing microbiologists to work glove and sleeve free through its instant access porthole system.

Ideal for research and clinical customers, the system comes complete with a built-in, rapid airlock and an intuitive touch-screen control panel with password protected user levels. With the ability to accommodate between 700-900 x 90mm Petri dishes, the A45 Workstation can create the perfect controlled environment for small or large sample numbers.

The A45 Workstation can be tailored to meet any application including optional electrical sockets, and a removable front to accommodate large items of equipment.

With a relatively small footprint, modern and ergonomic design, and maximized incubation capacity, the A45 Workstation provides a secure anaerobic work space which is as easy to use as an aerobic laboratory bench.
