Wyatt Technology, the world leader in absolute macromolecular characterization instrumentation and software, has published a new brochure to demonstrate the capabilities of its innovative new Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) system, the DynaPro™ Plate Reader.

The new brochure, which is available free of charge, is entitled “The DynaPro Plate Reader for Automated, High Throughput Dynamic Light Scattering” and is of particular interest for scientists conducting high throughput HTS and biophysical characterization studies in the biotechnology, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The informative new four-page brochure is available in both hard copy and pdf format, and provides a scientific insight into the benefits of automated dynamic light scattering using the groundbreaking DynaPro™ Plate Reader. The brochure highlights the range of applications of the instrument, including characterizing purified proteins for homogeneity, size, and thermal stability, measuring kinetics associated with macromolecular assemblies, and screening biotherapeutics for self association over a broad range of solution conditions.

The new all-inclusive document provides an in-depth description of the main features of the DynaPro™ Plate Reader. This revolutionary instrument incorporates proprietary multi-modal optical fiber technology, as well as state of-the-art software algorithms, data processing and application know-how to deliver the most sensitive, high throughput and accurate DLS performance available. The DynaPro™ Plate Reader is capable of repeatedly analyzing up to 1,536 samples at the push of a button. Requiring no human intervention, this novel instrument can be connected to an automated liquid handling system to streamline the processing of literally thousands of samples.

Being non-invasive and filter-free, this new product is particularly easy to use and can be customized to suit all analytical needs. It is operated using DYNAMICS, a data collection and analysis software tuned specifically for batch and automated characterization of unfractionated molecular samples.

The new “DynaPro Plate Reader for Automated, High Throughput Dynamic Light Scattering” brochure is available free of charge in both hard copy and pdf format via the article webpage or by making an information request.
