Blood brain barrier in vitro
It is an easy to use consummable in our lab, slightly expensive for a small lab budget, but probably one of the best available resources for blood brain barrier in vitro modelization (leaving aside the more expensive but more physiologically relevant dynamic models). Reproducibility depends of course of the types of cells in use, so it is difficult to say when using primary cells as is our case.
