Its easy to use and accuracy not only informs us about the presence of any unwanted nucleic acid contamination but also helps us to minimize it. It works on highly efficient and sensitive capillary electrophoresis principle that ensures the accuracy of our output. Although there are competitions out there that includes tapestation but not only is expensive but a time-taking process compared to Bioanalyzer.

Analyze DNA and RNA extraction quality
The Bioanalyzer 2100 is very useful for analyzing the quality of nucleic material. I use the instrument for assessing the success of total RNA extractions from a jellyfish model organism system, which has historically been difficult to extract material from. It's great to easily and quickly see if my extractions are good quality or not so I can plan my future lab work. Also, the machine has worked well for years with no issues!
