This is a good and flexible instrument
Measuring electrical properties of ceramic materials
This is a good instrument that can be easily connected to a PC. I used this unit with my own C++ programs to record current-voltage characteristics and cyclic voltammetry.

The 4200A-CVIV Multi-Switch automatically switches between I-V and C-V measurements without re-cabling or lifting the prober tips.
