Microwave digestion - sample dilution for ICP analysis

These vials are great for diluting samples following digestion. Good 50mL line to dilute up samples to final volume. Excellent value for the money.

Great value and great results!

Average Rating 5.0

Application Area:

Cell culture and liquid handling

These tubes work great and are a good price. The company is always running promotions so that's a bonus. The negative graduations make it easier to measure small amounts without transferring.

Review Date: 4 Apr 2018 | CELLTREAT Scientific Products

They are awesome and have almost no breakage in centrifuge, even at high speed.

Would not buy again!

Application Area:

Cell culturing

Cell loss is going to happen with these tubes because of the grooved graduations at the bottom of the tube (at the v-end). After centrifugation, cell pellet accumulates at the grooves. I always find something that is wrong with cell treat products.

General Lab Consumables

These flip-top centrifuge tubes are awesome! One can easily open and close these tubes with one hand whilst pipetting with the other. It makes processing large amounts of samples less time consuming.

Sample Prep; Chemical and Biological

I love these tubes! The flip top is very useful, once you get the hang of it. There are a few of my coworkers that don't like them and would rather have the blue screw caps. I don't think they realize that these screw on as well. They say that they have a hard time flipping the top. For me, it speeds up the time for processing samples that you have to open and close often. Work very well in the centrifuge at high speeds and -80 freezer storage as well.

Application Area:

As our standard TC dishes

These are shallow well dishes with a grip ring. While the price is right and the cells we use don't mind the dishes, the shallowness means there is more spillage than normal. These are not good dishes to use when you are just learning tissue culture or need to be very careful.
